Noel Fadden, MBA, CRC®, RSSA
President
Noel Fadden, President of Independent Trust Wealth Management, is an investment advisor and fiduciary based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, specializing in retirement income planning, and asset and legacy protection. With over 25 years in finance and insurance, Noel’s passion in the industry is to help his clients solidify their financial future and create a safe retirement plan that encompasses all of their wishes, for an easy transition from working years to golden years.
After graduating from Brandeis University with a BA in Economics, Noel started his career with Putnam Investments, where he was a Project Leader working on product development for Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Noel later joined Wellington Management in Boston, Massachusetts, where he became responsible for managing the company’s stock research broker relationships on Wall Street. During this time, Noel also completed his MBA at Bentley University, with a concentration in finance.
Noel’s well-researched and sound solutions provide his clients with solid plans for their future. Because of his extensive experience, Noel can discuss many aspects of financial wellness and insurance with his clients, including; Investment Management, Retirement Income Planning, Asset & Estate Preservation, and Family Protection and Legacy Planning.
Noel dedicates his time to listening to his clients so that he can focus on their education. Working as an independent advisor allows him the ability to customize portfolios to truly meet the needs of his clients. Noel has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of his clients and offers fee-based investment advice only. He is securities licensed and, a life and health licensed agent.
Noel resides in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife of 25 years and their three children. A fan of sports, Noel enjoys coaching and playing soccer, and can often be found outdoors biking, fishing, or skiing with his family.

Thomas Rozman, CFA®, CAIA®
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Rozman is responsible for leading the Investment team for Simplicity Wealth. Prior to Simplicity, Mr. Rozman was President and Chief Investment Officer of Sawtooth Solutions. He also worked in Institutional Sales and Trading at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Rozman is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst®, and is Series 65 registered. He has previously held Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. Mr. Rozman earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A from St. Olaf College.

Rosie Riley
Head of Operations
Ms. Riley is responsible for leading the Operations team for Simplicity Wealth. She has spent more than 20 years in the financial services space. Prior to Simplicity, Ms. Riley was the President and CEO of HighImpact Consulting LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to optimizing efficiencies for financial services firms. Ms. Riley earned her B.A. from University of Northwestern, St. Paul, with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
